Role : Web Designer
Type : Self-Initiated Concept
Year : 2025
Scope: E-commerce Experience, UI/UX Design, Exploration
2. Summary
Banda is a fictional brand I designed to explore how thrift — or
technically, Ghanaian streetwear — could be reimagined with the polish
and presentation of high fashion.
Inspired by the minimalism of brands like Balenciaga, Stüssy, and A-COLD-WALL*,
I set out to design a clean, premium shopping experience that elevates
everyday pieces without losing their raw, street edge. The goal was to
give thrift the kind of digital experience usually reserved for luxury.
An experience where the design gets out of the way and lets the product
and brand story shine.

Banda explores how thoughtful design and presentation can elevate perception not by adding more, but by refining what’s essential. The goal wasn’t to chase trends, but to craft a visual language that communicates quality, consistency and intention.
